The birth of her baby is a pivotal experience in the life of a woman and a defining experience for her family.

Whether this is your 1st or 3rd or 12th baby, every birth is different. The birth of another human being is an Every Day Miracle. 350,000 women are giving birth today and yet it is still a miraculous personal event.

My passion is in helping families rediscover the power and sacredness of birth and beyond. My goal is for women to have an empowered birth in which they are in charge of their bodies and decisions, and to support partners/dads so they are able to love the mom and experience the birth of their child.

Whether you choose a home, hospital or birth center birth, medicated or unmedicated, cesarean or vaginal, I am here to support you.

I have spent over 17 years creating a Wholistic Childbirth Education program and growing my skills as a Doula and Whole Birth Prenatal Yoga Instructor.

I believe birth is a sacred and powerful family event, I believe women are strong and intelligent and can make their own choices about how they choose to birth, I believe that becoming a family is a life transformation that requires our whole intellectual, spiritual and physical selves.

It is my pleasure to serve doula clients in all areas of Kitsap County, and East Jefferson County. I will attend births (home, hospital, and birth center) in Kitsap County, Jefferson County, Tacoma, and Seattle.
